Hualalai Court is the 1st Tier II project to be awarded for Hawaii Island. Out of 11 statewide applicants who applied for RHRF funding, only 4 organizations were awarded: 3 from Oahu, and 1 from the neighbor islands, Hualalai Court, Hawaii. Hualalai Court is due to start construction first out of all the projects, also making it the first Tier II project to be funded.
